RAW event plus Makeup show LA = eventful weekend :)

Happy Monday everyone!!!

 I started the weekend off on friday March 16, at the Yost Theatre in Santa Ana. I was one of the Featured artists for RAW's event this month :) I went there not quite sure what to expect. The only thing i knew for sure was the designer in which i was paired up with.  Her name is Nancy Diep designer of Custom Junky clothing. I was pretty impressed with her designs, they were young, fun and funky. I Did makeup for a couple of her models that night, showcasing my makeup skills. The event was a success. I felt really good about the way things went and i definitely would participate in a RAW event again :)(pictures of my models posted-hair is by Jason atkins n his team)

Then on to Saturday..Yep you could find me at the Makeup Show LA, at the California Market Center in Los Angeles. I attended this event with a couple of friends. There was much to see. :) I didnt purchase much since I already own a ton of things however I did buy some more supplies for my glitter tatoo kit and some bronzing creams by Ruby Kisses (pictures to follow).

Once I try these amazing bronzing creams i will post a full review. However from swatching at the show I can tell you they are amazing. Not to creamy, not sticky at all and give a beautiful natural glow. :

Allechant Mineral Cosmetics

So recently i received some items from the Cosmetic company Allechant cosmetics..They sent me some pigments and glosses... I have to say that the pigment color pay off is quite amazing...very pigmented and the they blend very well and a little bit of product goes a long way. I was very pleased that there wasnt much fall out, thats usually my biggest concern when using pigments. I also received some lip glosses, the packaging on the glosses reminded me of the occ lip tars . The consistency of the gloss seems like it would be thick but it goes on smooth like butter :) The colors are beautiful and they last a very long time. i put mine on at 7 am for work and did not have to reapply until after lunch time. They are not sticky ..yay..clap for non sticky lip gloss. :)

MAC NEON ORANGE LIPSTICK

So today is new years eve and I have had quite an adventurous day. I have had my eye on the new lipcolor by MAC- Neon Orange. This is an amplified creme lipstick and it is a PRO color. So today I woke up and decided that i would go and get my hands on this oh so beautiful color. The color pay off is amazing. Its a bright orange, hence the name NEON, however honestly its not so bright as to be shocking to the eye. Its quite complimentary. My eye make up today consisted of zingy, steamy and black tied, I topped it off with the neon orange and its quite a beautiful look :)

So for those of you that enjoy bright and edgy, Neon Orange it is, please go out and get this, its a MUST have.
